Hayes brings extensive sales and strategic business development experience with him, capitalizing on networks and strategic partners developed over eleven years in the solar industry. He has held senior leadership positions at multiple companies, including most recently being Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Clean Focus Renewables. Hayes is no stranger to REC; he was key member of the original team that brought REC Group to the U.S market starting in 2008. This success helped fuel REC’s strategic growth, leading to the 2010 opening of REC’s vertically-integrated, awarded manufacturing facilities in Singapore.
